through this online shop. If you prefer, you can also order by telephone.
International orders are welcome, with payment by both PayPal and bank transfer available.
We accept most popular credit
and debit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and
Electron and American
Express. Payment by cheque
is also possible, but please
allow up to 10 working days
for the cheque to clear. For
international customers we can
also accept payment by bank
transfer and paypal.

All mainland UK deliveries are with DPD UK.
Non-mainland deliveries under 2kg will be with Royal
Mail Special Delivery.
There is no surcharge for
deliveries to Northern
Ireland, nor any
non-mainland destinations.
International deliveries will be with either Royal
Mail Airsure or DPD, depending
on weight.
Delivery Times
We stock the majority of the
Pipercross range for next day
delivery. Stock permitting,
orders received by 3pm will be dispatched
for delivery the next working
day. Certain
items, including all Viper kits, are made to order, which usually takes
approx 5-7 working days. In exceptional circumstances orders
may take longer – we will keep you updated of any
prolonged delays.
Returns
If we have supplied a product incorrectly, we will
happily exchange it for the correct item. Any costs incurred in returning the item to us will be reimbursed.
If a product has been correctly supplied, we will issue an exchange
or refund if required. Returns
must be made within 14 calendar
days from delivery. Due to the nature of the products, a 25%
handling charge will be deducted from the sale price. If carriage
was free on the order, the charges incurred in sending the goods
will also be deducted from the refund.
