The Velocity Intake System or VIS is the latest air intake
in the Pipercross product
range and was launched
at the Autosport show
at the beginning of
the 2005.
Each Pipercross VIS is designed to maximize the torque and power produced by
your engine and utilises the Pipercross Vector power cone with a unique foam
construction.
Compared to the original air box, the VIS kit shows increased
air velocity of over 40%. The airflow dynamics are a great
improvement on the stock system, thanks to a specially
textured inlet surface, that results in better throttle
response and drivability
